The new ultrasonic flow measuring system Leak Control makes it possible to install and remove measurement points without cost-intensive shafts.

The flow is determined by ultrasonic sensors which are fitted on the outside of the pipe. As a result pipe cutting is no longer necessary. Another advantage is that the sensors are installed without interrupting the utility supply company. The measurement data recorded can be transferred using GSM technology directly to a PC or laptop. The power supply is either guaranteed using street lighting in conjunction with a battery (USV), that can sustain operation for up to 24 hours without external power supply, or using a normal power connection. Furthermore, there is the possibility of using renewable energies such as solar panels and wind generators to support power management.
