Each of our Service Shops is able to service any product manufactured by SebaKMT. Permanent contact to the departments of development at Baunach and at Radeburg ensure optimum technical Know-How and the availability of any spare parts possibly needed. All service technicians have been trained by our development engineers still before the instrumentation has been introduced to the market. This approach ensures that optimum servicing is guaranteed for each product from its very first date of introduction to the marketplace.

Original spare parts are used exclusively in order to maintain your measuring equipment at a constantly high level of quality.

Safeguard your investments and have your instrumentation repaired only by one of our authorised service shops. By using original spare parts and trained staff, our service shops guarantee that your SebaKMT instrumentation will remain SebaKMT instrumentation also in future.

 

Our Calibration Laboratories at Baunach and Radeburg look to it that, when using our instruments, you meet the requirements of DIN ISO 9001 also in future.

   

Make sure that the required safety inspections to DIN VDE 0104/DIN EN 50191 are carried out only by an authorised service shop. Please note that only our service shops can guarantee the safety of your sebaKMT test vans and instruments as laid down by law.

  

Serviceteam  

By servicing your test van regularly you avoid breakdown and out-time which otherwise might occur at the worst possible moment. If nevertheless a test van should break down, our service shops are well prepared to restore the functionality of your test van in the shortest possible time.
If so desired, a technician will come to you with one of our Mobile Service Stations to repair your test van on site.
If need be, we gladly put a substitute test van at your disposal so that you can go on doing your job.
